Job Description
We're working with an established iCIRT Gold Star-rated builder-developer with a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects across NSW. They're looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join a large-scale Class 2 project in Sydney's Northwest & Hills District.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with overall site operations.
n
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
n
Monitor construction progress and assist with maintaining the programme.
n
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required qualitystandards.
n
Assist the Site Manager with inspections, quality control and defect management.
n
n
About You
n
n
2–3+ years' experience as a Leading Hand / Foreman on large-scale Class 2 apartment projects.
n




Strong understanding of apartment construction and site sequencing.
n
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
n
Hands-on approach with a robust work ethic and positive attitude.
n
Relevant construction qualifications/licences will be highly regarded.
n
