About the Role
n
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Building Inspector to join a high-performing inspections team. Working closely with the Division Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring construction quality, structural compliance, and workmanship standards across a variety of residential building projects.
n
This position offers autonomy, variety and the prospect to make a genuine impact on project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct a variety of building inspections including Pre-purchase inspections, PCI inspections and various structural inspections during other stages of construction
n
Inspect roof frames, brickwork, timber wall frames and trusses
n
Inspect concrete slabs including suspended and ground slabs prior to pours
n
Assess waterproofing works and roof sheeting installations
n
Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports and recommendations
n
Liaise with builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders
n

Skills & Experience
n
n




Previous experience in building inspection or construction is essential
n
Registered Builder qualification highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of NCC requirements and Australian Standards
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
n
Strong team collaboration and mentoring capabilities
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence required
n
