Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Packer/Delivery Driver to join the team at Paddock 2 Porch Pty Ltd. This is a casual position based in Chinderah, NSW ****. In this role, you will be responsible for both packing orders efficiently and delivering products to customers across the region. You will be a key part of our logistics operation, ensuring that every item is carefully packed and delivered on time to maintain our high standards of customer service. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Accurately picking and packing orders according to specifications and quality standards
n
Labelling packages correctly and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
n
Loading packages into delivery vehicles in an organised and safe manner
n
Operating delivery vehicles to transport packages to customer locations
n
Delivering packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
n
Maintaining accurate delivery records and updating tracking information
n
Adhering to health and safety protocols and company procedures at all times
n
Reporting any damaged goods or delivery issues to management promptly
n
Assisting with general warehouse tidiness and organisation
n
What we're looking for

A current,



valid driving licence with a clean driving record
n
Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or delivery roles (preferred)
n
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items regularly
n
Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
n
Strong time management abilities and reliability
n
Positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Flexibility to work various shifts as required in a casual role
n
Knowledge of local roads and excellent navigation skills (preferred)
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
