About the Role

Manage projects across various stages of the development lifecycle, from planning and approvals through to delivery and completion.
n
Work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
n
Support the delivery of residential community projects to agreed budgets, timeframes, and quality standards.
n
Coordinate project teams and manage key stakeholder relationships throughout the development process.
n
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business through the successful delivery of current and future projects.
n

About You
n

Experience working as a Development Manager, or an Assistant Development Manager looking to take the next step in your career.
n
Exposure to residential communities, with experience across land lease community projects highly regarded.
n
Strong project delivery experience, with a track record of driving projects through construction and delivery phases.
n
A solid understanding of the development lifecycle, including planning, approvals, design coordination, delivery, and stakeholder management.
n
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
n
Commercially minded with exposure to project budgets, reporting, and development feasibilities.
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
n
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative,



high-performing team.

You Will Possess
n
n
Experience within the property development sector as a Development Manager or Assistant Development Manager.
n
Exposure to residential communities, with direct experience in land lease community developments highly regarded.
n
Demonstrated project delivery experience, particularly through construction and delivery phases.
n
Strong understanding of the development process including planning, approvals, design, delivery, and stakeholder management.
n
Experience managing consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
n
Commercial acumen with exposure to project budgets, feasibility analysis, and reporting.
n
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
n
A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a cooperative team environment.
