With the Centre Manager & Director of Studies (CM-DoS), responsible for the success of the ELICOS centre, through the management of educational delivery:
n

to an industry-leading standard of quality

in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory environment
n

Qualifications
n
Essential:
n
n
A degree or diploma of at least 3 years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)
n
A suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method
n
Agile, talented educator
n
Detail sensitive, excellent initiative, time management, prioritization, and task completion skills
n
Team player,



with strong interpersonal skills
n
High standards of written and spoken communication
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
CELTA and DELTA or Masters in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
n
IELTS, Cambridge exam preparation courses, Academic English teaching experience
n
Experience using classroom technology, online teaching and e-learning skills
n
Strong MS Office competencies, including Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Experience in developing, writing and managing high-quality teaching resources and materials
n
