Working alongside an experienced Strata Manager,



you'll gain exposure to all aspects of strata management while supporting a well-maintained portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the day-to-day management of a strata portfolio
n
Coordinating maintenance and repair requests
n
Communicating with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
n
Supporting insurance and compliance processesManaging general strata administration and correspondence
n
Learning the ins and outs of strata management through hands-on training
