Where you'll be working

The NSW Health Education Centre Against Violence (ECAV) is a statewide specialist service dedicated to improving the health sector's response to violence, abuse and neglect through education, training and workforce development. Based at Cumberland Hospital, you will join a highly respected and passionate team committed to delivering impactful learning programs across NSW.

What you'll be doing
n
As Project Officer, you will provide high-level administrative,



project and secretariat support to assist the development and delivery of education, training and workforce initiatives across ECAV portfolios, with a particular focus on supporting the Medical & Forensic Portfolio.
n
You will be a key member of the team, ensuring projects and training activities are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and supporting operational excellence.
n

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, reports, briefing papers and presentations
n
Support the delivery of training programs by maintaining learning materials, monitoring Learning Management Systems and assisting with curriculum and course administrationProvide responsive, high-quality customer service and stakeholder support across multiple communication channels
n
Manage project-related administration, reporting, travel arrangements, procurement processes and records management activities
n
Liaise with internal teams, external contractors and senior stakeholders to ensure deadlines, priorities and project objectives are achieved
n
n
Selection Criteria
n
n
Demonstrated experience and skills in the provision of high level secretariat and administrative services
n
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and with proven ability to prepare agendas, meeting documents, briefing notes and minutes.
n




Ability to manage workload in the face of competing demands and priorities within tight timeframes
n
High level customer service skills
n
Proven effective communications and relationship management skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships.
n
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement, initiative and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
n
Demonstrated excellent computer skills and proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office products, with the experience in or ability to learn organisational specific technology and/or platforms.
n
Holds a driver's licence valid in NSW and willing to use for work purposes
n
