Job Description
Sharp & Carter is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the night shift at a major South Sydney FMCG site. You will lead a team across processing or packing, drive safety and product quality, and be on the floor coaching and solving real-time issues during your shift.

Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you'll mentor staff within a quick-paced, unionised manufacturing environment and contribute to a strong food-safety culture. Fitness and mobility are essential.
