Bloomingdales Lighting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveFinance & Operations Co-ordinatorto work closely with our CFO across finance, inventory, purchasing and business systems.

We are looking for someone who enjoys business operations, sees the "Big Picture", is confident with systems and processes and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
n
Finance & Reconciliations
n
n
Customer payments, accounts receivable and supplier invoice processing
n
Bank and credit card reconciliations
n
Month-end processing and reporting support
n
n
Inventory & Stock Management
n
n
Stock item creation and inventory maintenance
n
Monitoring stock availability, incoming orders and ETAs
n
Maintaining supplier pricing and product information
n
n
Purchasing & Incoming Stock
n
n
Purchase order management and supplier follow-up
n
Purchase receipt and landed cost processing
n
n
Systems & Process Support
n
n
Supporting Acumatica (our ERP system) processes, testing and documentation
n
Contributing to ongoing process improvements
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience: 3–5 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, administration or similar
n
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline, or substantial relevant practical experience
n
Technical Skills:



Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems. Direct experience with Acumatica is an advantage
n
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial, inventory and system data
n
Problem-Solving & Business Awareness: Able to identify inconsistencies, think critically and understand the context behind tasks and decisions
n
Organisation & Adaptability: Able to manage changing priorities and a wide-ranging workload
