Join Our Established Albany Creek Team as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Are you passionate about helping people improve their health, regain confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes? True North Wellness is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our established, team-focused clinic in Albany Creek, Queensland.
With more than 15 years of trusted service in the local community, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team while making a lasting difference for individuals managing chronic disease, recovering from injury, or improving their overall wellbeing.

What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based exercise interventions tailored to individual client goals.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
Support clients with chronic health conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, mental health, and disability.
Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, specialists, insurers, and employers to achieve the best outcomes.
Empower clients through education, motivation, and ongoing support.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a high standard of patient care.
What We're Looking For
You are:
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
Passionate about improving health outcomes through movement and exercise.
A strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with clients and referrers.
Self-motivated, organised, and committed to professional growth.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a positive workplace culture.
ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence (if community-based work is involved)
National Police Check and Working With Children Check (where required)
