Who we're looking for?
n We're interested in speaking with experienced maintenance professionals who have a strong background in surface mobile equipment within the mining industry.
n You'll ideally be someone who has:

Led large mobile maintenance teams in a mining environment
n
Built and developed high-performing crews
n
Strong knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment and maintenance practices
n
A track record of improving safety, reliability and maintenance performance
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
The ability to hold people accountable while developing those around you
n
