Cognizant is seeking a Test Lead to drive UAT and BVIP testing across Banking and Financial Crime platforms. You will manage end-to-end testing activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance through thorough validation and risk assessment.

The role requires expertise in STLC, test planning, defect management, and solid SQL data validation skills, with hands-on experience in NetReveal, Quantexa, and EDW environments.
