Enrolled Nurse - Inpatient and Rehabilitation

Mater Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our Inpatient and Rehabilitation team, in a permanent part time 32 hours per week role.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive clinical environment where you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse inpatient cohort. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play an integral role in delivering protected, evidence-based care while supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

What you'll be doing
n

Delivering optimal patient outcomes throughout every stage of the patient journey and continuum of care
n
Applying exceptional clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of procedures to manage patients with outstanding care
n
Integrating quality and risk management strategies seamlessly into daily service delivery
n
Collaborating effectively with the nursing team to ensure consistently exceptional care
n
Maintaining and advancing your professional skills and knowledge to support ongoing growth and development
n

About you
n
n
Current AHPRA nursing registration as an Enrolled Nurse (no restrictions)
n




12 months post-grad as an Enrolled Nurse
n
Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
n
A strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to role model and promote the Mater values
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels
n
Demonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening, negotiation and decision-making skills
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Commitment to ensuring the levels of service is always delivered to patients
n
