About the Role
Working in our
small coiler area
, you'll be producing
smaller, precision springs
requiring focus and attention to detail.
You'll be:
Setting and adjusting coiling machines




Working on fine, intricate components
Monitoring quality and making precise adjustments
Troubleshooting small mechanical issues
Keeping your workspace clean and safe
Working closely with your team to meet production targets

Mechanically minded (hands‐on, enjoys fixing or building things)
Good attention to detail and patience for precision work
Reliable and takes pride in their work

Able to work in a team setting
