Types of Work Include:

Current build and post-construction cleaning
n
Builders and handover cleans
n
Deep cleaning
n
General residential cleaning
n
Office and commercial cleaning
n
Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas
n
Internal and external windows, glass, floors and surface cleaning
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n

High attention to detail and care in your work
n
Willing to travel to different job locations across Sydney
n
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
n
Good time management and ability to work efficiently
n
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Previous cleaning experience particularly builders or deep cleaning
n
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work
n
Able to take initiative with jobs when on sites
n
White card highly considered
n
Personal ABN

Some jobs may involve early starts, full-day shifts or after-hours work, depending on the project and location.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Independently complete cleaning tasks and allocated work to a high standard.
n
Follow job scopes, instructions and cleaning checklists.
n
Manage workload and time effectively to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
n
Problem-solve and use initiative when unexpected issues arise on site.
n
Work independently while also communicating and coordinating effectively with the team.
n
Identify areas requiring additional attention and maintain a high standard of quality.
n
Take responsibility for completing assigned work and ensuring all tasks are finalised.
n
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and report any issues when required.
n
Follow workplace safety requirements and maintain a professional attitude on all job sites
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
Previous cleaning experience preferred, including builders cleans, deep cleans, residential or commercial cleaning.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
n
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative.
n
Reliable, punctual and responsible.
n
Physically capable of completing hands-on cleaning duties.
n
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
n
Willingness to travel to job locations across Sydney.
