TFH Hire Services Pty Ltdare construction & event specialists with a fleet of Utes, Trucks and Forklifts.

Located at Kingston on the Southside of Brisbane, we are seeking anexperienced Light or Heavy Mechanic to join our team.
n
You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of trucks, forklifts and company cars. You'll work in a fully equipped workshop and occasionally assist for on-road breakdowns or maintenance.

Key responsibilities:
n
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and hydraulic systems
n
Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing
n
Use diagnostic tools and software for fault-finding
n
Complete job cards, reports, and paperwork accurately
n
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
n
Provide occasional on-road service repairs as needed
n
The successful candidate will:
n
Qualifications in either Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent
n
Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
n
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
n
Good communication and time management skills
n
HR licence and forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
n
A roadworthy licence or air-conditioning qualifications would be highly advantageous
n
