Job Description
Lendi Group is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager - Lending to design and embed scalable compliance foundations for its home lending business. You will partner across Product, Lending, Operations, Technology, Legal and Risk & Compliance to ensure compliance is built into products and customer journeys from day one.

The role involves leading monitoring, governance, regulatory change and oversight of external funders, with a practical, hands-on build mindset in a fast-moving fintech setting.
