Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen the organisation's governance, risk and compliance frameworks.

The role is required to cover all sites Nowergup/Claisebrook/Mandurah and can be based at Nowergup or Claisebrook offices. The position will include Bellevue from 1 January ****.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational advice across the business, ensuring policies, procedures and management systems align with legislative, contractual and organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining the organisation's governance framework and Business Management System.
n
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, business plans and supporting documentation.
n
Managing and reviewing the Integrated Risk Management Framework.
n
Identifying, assessing and monitoring business risks and opportunities.
n
Providing advice on legislative, regulatory, contractual and internal compliance requirements.
n




Monitoring changes to legislation, standards and regulatory requirements.
n
Overseeing internal audits and acting as the key contact for internal and external auditors.
n
Coordinating AS/ISO accreditation requirements.
n
Supporting KPI and contractual compliance reporting.
n
Driving continuous improvement across business processes and systems.
n
Providing governance, risk, compliance and operational advice to internal and external stakeholders.
n
Promoting strong quality, safety and environmental practices throughout the business.
n
Supporting and leading staff where required.
n

The successful candidate will have proven GRC experience, senior management experience and ideally a background in rail, transport, infrastructure or another highly regulated operational environment. Strong knowledge of rail safety legislation and management systems is particularly key.
