We're currently seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Defence teams across Western Australia.
n

Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, facilities, transport, fitness, or similar service-based roles is welcomed, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.

In this role, you'll support the smooth day-to-day operations of Defence sites, helping to maintain protected, clean, and well-presented environments while contributing to a professional and supportive workplace.

Clean offices, accommodation and common areas
n
Maintain safe, hygienic and welcoming environments
n
Work as part of a supportive site team
n
Service accommodation rooms
n
Laundry and linen duties
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for people who:
n
n
Take pride in their work and attention to detail

Enjoy working in a team environment

Have excellent communication skills
n
Are reliable, flexible and safety focused
n




Can work across rotating rosters where required
n
n
Previous experience is welcomed, but for many roles full training is provided.
n
n
Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Clearance
n
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
n
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
n
Relevant licences or qualifications where applicable
n
Defence or military experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
