Job Description
Blackbook Executive is recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor at a large-scale food manufacturing site in Queensland. You will lead a busy trades team across a 24/7 operation, ensuring plant reliability, safety and production performance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will drive planned and reactive maintenance, safeguard quality, and coordinate resources to minimise downtime, while coaching technicians and aligning with Production teams.
