Enrolled Nurse AHPRA registration (medication endorsed and unrestricted)
n
Police Check ( valid within the last 3 years )
n
Current first aid/CPR
n
Tasks and responsibilities
n
Assisting in wound care, lacerations, burns and miscellaneous dressings
n
Assisting general practitioners with minor procedures
n
Send ot recalls for test results
n
Triage, BSL and first aid for emergency interventions
n
ECG,ABI, ear syringe and vaccinations
n
Wound care
n
Ideal Applicant:
n
Flexibility to work a range of days and assist covering sick leave/annual leave
n
Excellent computer skills and electronic documentation experience preferred
n
Familiarity with Best Practice software is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant
n
Previous experience 1 + years in primary care preferred
n
Familiarity with RACGP Standards for general practice
n
Ability to work autonomously in a team setting, in conjunction with registered nurse and general practitioners
