Mono Constructions is an established Sydney builder specialising in medium-density Class 2 apartment and commercial projects.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering $30M+ Class 2 residential projects to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major project from planning through to completion.

The Role
n
You will take overall ownership of project delivery, leading the project team and managing key client, commercial and delivery outcomes.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Lead a major Class 2 residential project from planning through to handover.
n
Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and project risk.
n
Lead client, consultant, superintendent and key stakeholder relationships.
n
Drive design coordination, procurement, approvals and project reporting.
n
Lead PCGs and key project meetings.
n




Ensure quality, NCC/BCA, DBPA and WHSE compliance.
n
Lead, develop and support the project team.
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven builder-side Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience on Class 2 residential projects valued at $30M+.
n
Strong commercial, programme and project delivery capability.
n
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
n
Proficiency in MS Project.
n
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
