The Role

As aPersonal CareWorkeryou'llprovideassistancetoour residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence,interestsand choices.
n
The key focus of the role will be to:
n
n
To provide high quality, safe, andtimelycontemporary personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
n
Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignity,self-determinationand comfort.
n
Assistthe resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
n

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
n
Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
n




Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n
Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
