We're currently partnering with a leading Australian organisation undergoing a significant portfolio of transformation initiatives and and are seeking Senior Change Managers to join large-scale, enterprise-wide programs.
n
These opportunities sit across several critical transformation streams and will suit experienced Change Managers who have delivered complex programs within highly regulated, customer-centric or technology-driven environments.
n This is an excellent opportunity to join impactful programs with strong executive sponsorship, high visibility, and genuine transformation outcomes.
n
Location: NSW **** (3 days onsite)
n Contract: 12-month initial contract with extension potential
n Rate: $1,000 - $1,200 per day + super
n Start Date: ASAP
n
We are recruiting for Senior Change Managers across several specialist streams, including:

CRM & Customer Transformation
n
n
CRM transformation programs, including Salesforce initiatives
n
Customer-facing and frontline workforce change
n
Large-scale stakeholder engagement and communications
n
Adoption and behavioural change across operational teams
n




Complex business transformations impacting customer experience
n
n
ServiceNow Transformation
n
n
Enterprise ServiceNow implementations or transformations
n
ITSM, technology or operational transformation programs
n
Complex technology change environments
n
Organisational readiness, training and adoption initiatives
n
Large stakeholder landscapes across business and technology functions
n
n
Data Transformation & Migration
n
n
Data migration and data transformation programs
n
Customer data model initiatives
n
Enterprise data and platform modernisation projects
n
Data governance, process and operating model change
n
Complex stakeholder management across business and technical teams
n

What We're Looking For
n
This chance will suit senior Change practitioners who thrive in complex, high-visibility environments and enjoy partnering with business and delivery leaders to navigate significant transformation. You'll bring a track record of influencing stakeholders, embedding sustainable change outcomes, and supporting organisations through periods of large-scale business, technology or customer change.
n
Experience within telecommunications environments will be highly regarded.
