About the role

Dubbo Health Service is seeking an exceptional Health Support Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio of support services.
n
The role oversees Health & Security Assistants, Cleaning, Wardsperson, Linen, Stores & Waste Management and Catering Services whilst performing a critical role in ensuring the hospital operates safely, efficiently and effectively every day.
n
As a leader, the successful applicant will champion service excellence, workforce development and continuous improvement initiatives, while building a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
