What We Are Looking For (qualifications, Registrations, Experience)
n
n
experience in cyber security, information security, ICT risk, security operations or a related ICT discipline
n
the ability to analyse issues, gather and document relevant information, and appropriately escape complex, sensitive or high-risk matters
n
practical knowledge of contemporary security risks, controls, frameworks and better-practice approaches
n
explicit communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and recommended actions in practical business language
n
sound judgement, confidentiality and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
n
n
Experience with security operations tools, vulnerability assessment processes, incident management systems, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, cloud security or Queensland Government security frameworks would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
