About the Opportunity
n
Working closely with senior and operational leaders across Australia and New Zealand, you will provide practical, commercially considered Human Resources advice across a diverse operational setting.
n
With support across transactional activities, you will have the opportunity to focus on business partnering, coaching leaders and improving the frameworks that support effective people management.
n
You will also have the prospect to take ownership of people projects, working with stakeholders across different levels and functions to take initiatives from concept through to delivery.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Partnering with leaders on a broad range of people matters
n
Coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations matters
n
Developing and improving policies, processes and people frameworks
n
Supporting leaders to confidently take ownership of their people decisions
n
Contributing to organisational design and cultural initiatives
n
Leading people projects from concept through to implementation
n
Working across functions and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
n
Preparing monthly Human Resources reporting and identifying workforce trends
n
Contributing to initiatives supporting international growth
n
Working alongside an established Learning and Development function on broader capability initiatives
n
n
About You
n
You may currently be an experienced Human Resources Advisor, Senior Human Resources Advisor or developing Human Resources Business Partner looking for a new challenge.
n
Ideally, you have developed your experience within a structured corporate or multi-site environment and have been exposed to strong Human Resources practices, frameworks and processes. You know what good looks like and are now ready for a role where you can apply that experience more broadly.

You will bring:
n
n
Strong generalist Human Resources experience
n
Practical performance management and employee relations capability
n
Exposure to well-developed policies and people frameworks
n
An understanding of organisational design fundamentals
n
Confidence communicating and building relationships at all levels
n
The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially considered advice
n
Experience taking ownership of projects and driving them through to completion
n
A polished, credible and down-to-earth approach
n
The confidence to appropriately challenge and influence leadersCuriosity, initiative an d a genuine desire to continue developing
n
