Compassionate Community Care is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Case Manager to oversee SIL and Community Access caseloads across Far North Queensland. You will lead a team to ensure supports are delivered safely, consistently and in line with each participant's NDIS plan.

You will coordinate with participants, families, guardians and Support Coordinators to ensure service delivery meets funded supports and participant needs, while maintaining compliance and high skilled standards.
