The Opportunity
Working closely with our Settlements Supervisor, you'll help ensure finance contracts are settled accurately, efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing settlement requests and reviewing loan documentation
Preparing settlement figures and managing disbursements
Completing PPSR registrations
Conducting customer confirmation calls
Sending remittances and issuing welcome packs
Managing post-settlement activities, including PPSR removals




What You'll Bring
Experience in settlements, loan processing or finance administration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
