Forsyth Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Rose Bay team full-time.
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping things running smoothly and delivering great service to both landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Rent collection, arrears and trust accounting
n
Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
Lease renewals and tenancy documentation
n
Keeping on top of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance
n
Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
n
Maintaining accurate property records and reporting
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We'd love to meet someone who has:
n
n
At least 3 years' residential property management experience
n
Strong trust accounting experience
n
Good knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
n
Great communication and people skills
n




Strong organization and attention to detail
n
Experience with property management software
n
A current driver's license
n
Relevant real estate qualifications/licensing
n
n
