This is a rapid growing rental business with a finance team of around 15, based in a genuinely young, energetic CBD office (2 days WFH).

You'll be brought in as Senior Financial Accountant owning balance sheet recs, tightening up the monthly close, and hunting down opportunities to automate manual processes. NetSuite exposure is a big plus but not essential.

The exciting thing is this business is being prepped for sale. The client ideally wants someone who's actually sat inside a PE-backed business before, so they know exactly what a sale process looks like. If you've lived through that once already, this is your chance to do it again somewhere that genuinely moves.

What you'll be doing:

Owning and cleaning up balance sheet reconciliations
n
Driving the monthly close and reporting process
n
Identifying and implementing system/process automations
n
Working closely with a lean, close-knit finance team of ~15
n

What you'll bring:

Solid Senior Financial / Management Accounting experience
n
Time spent in a locally PE-backed business (essential)
n
NetSuite experience (highly regarded, not mandatory)
n
Availability to start within 1-2 weeks — immediate to short notice ideal
