The Role:
n We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and approachable team player who brings dedication, loyalty and a strong ability to follow established company processes and routines.

The role on offer is for a full time commercial Property Manager.
n This is a Monday to Friday position based in our Noosaville office.
n
You will be working as part of a supportive team which includes a Property Management Associate and Trust Accountant.
n
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
n
Managing a commercial property portfolio in accordance with legislative requirements
n
Liaising with owners and maintaining relationships
n
Negotiation of lease renewals
n
Lease assignments
n
Managing maintenance and rental arrears
n
Lease expiries
n
Requirements:
n To be successful in this position you will need to meet the following criteria:
n
Experience in property management
n
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable motor vehicle
n
Knowledge of relevant Acts
n
Ability to multitask
n
Excellent computer skills and computer literacy including intermediate Excel experience
n




An understanding of commercial and retail leases and previous experience using Cirrus8 would be looked upon favourably
n
Ability to listen and to follow procedures
n
Remuneration:
n Will be subject to skill level and experience.
