Job Description
Dentons Australia is seeking a senior risk, compliance and governance lawyer to move in-house into the General Counsel and Risk Department, ideally in Sydney but open to other Australian offices. You will support the GC & CoSec with legal, risk and governance services, advising on contractual risk, PI and regulatory matters.

You will oversee claims responses, review client terms, identify legal risk issues and provide practical guidance on qualified obligations while supporting company
