About the Role
n
We are looking for an experiencedImport and Export Operatorto join ourgrowing Sydney team. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys end-to-end freight operations, strong customer relationships and being part of a supportive, fast-paced environment.
n
Australian citizens and permanent residents only are eligible to apply for this position.
n
You will manage import and export shipments across air and sea, working closely with customers, overseas agents,carriersand internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant movements.
n
Key responsibilities
n
End-to-end management of import and export air and sea freight shipments
n
Coordinating bookings with shipping lines,airlinesand overseas agents
n
Preparing and checking shipping documentation, including bills of lading, FTA, manifest and customs paperwork
n
Liaising with customs brokers, transportprovidersand warehouses
n




Providing clear and proactive updates to customers
n
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
n
Supporting the wider operations team asrequired
n
About you
n
Previousexperience in an import and export freightforwardingrole
n
Experience in sea & air operations; cartage an advantage
n
Solid knowledge of air and sea freight processes
n
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
n
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments at once
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
Cargowiseexperience preferred but not essential
n
