The Role
n
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Leasing Associate to join our commercial division. Whether you're coming from residential real estate or another sales environment, this is your chance to step into a career-defining role in commercial property.
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
n
Prospect for new business and manage your own pipeline of leads
n
Prepare and execute marketing strategies for commercial sales and leasing listings
n
Negotiate deals and support clients through the end-to-end transaction process
n
Work closely with directors to grow your profile and position in the market
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
n
A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
n
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to pitch and present
n
Experience in real estate, business development or high-value sales
n
A growth mindset and proactive approach to learning and leadership
n
Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
n
n
Preferred but Not Essential
n
n
Commercial or residential sales experience
n
Knowledge of Brisbane's south-east commercial markets
n
Experience with CRM tools and database systems
n
