An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care home located in Canberra.
n
This 4 week contract role is available for an immediate start and offers the chance to lead a passionate clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll oversee clinical operations, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical care and daily clinical operations
n
Lead and support a multidisciplinary care team
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
n
Promote resident safety, wellbeing,



and independence
n
Foster a collaborative, person-centred care culture
n
n
Qualifications and Requirements
n
n
Current Ahpra registration as a Registered Nurse
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
Current Police Check
n
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
n
Experience in aged care management and a strong understanding of compliance and accreditation standards
n
Available to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract
n
