We are seeking a fulltime 'Maintenance Co-ordinator' to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base.

Key responsibilities

Scheduling of work and attendances for our trades
n
High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices
n
General phone duties and customer service
n
Liaising with trades, estimators, suppliers and external contractors
n

About you
n
n
Experience in a similar position within the trade service industry
n
simPRO job management software experience is highly desirable but not mandatory as training can be provided
n
Bubbly, friendly approachable personality
n
Pleasant and patient phone manner
n
Reliable and team oriented
n
Ability to multitask, prioritise and handle pressure in a quick-paced environment
n
Current drivers' licence and own reliable transport
n
