Sunshine State Solar & Electrical is looking for experienced, driven sales professionals who know how to build rapport, control a sales conversation, handle objections, follow up properly and ask for the sale.
n
We provide the leads.
n We provide the products.
n We provide the systems, technical support and installation teams.

You bring the ability to sell.
n
This isn't an order‐taking role and it isn't a position for someone who sends a quote, follows up with an email and waits for the customer to call back.
n
We're looking for salespeople who pick up the phone, build relationships, understand what the customer actually needs and confidently close.
n
The Role
n
Based from our Gold Coast office, you'll sell premium solar, battery and energy solutions to homeowners.
n
You'll manage opportunities from the initial consultation through to proposal, follow-up and close, with qualified leads provided by the business.
n
Your job is to turn those opportunities into customers.
n
You'll be expected to:
n
Conduct high‐quality phone consultations
n
Build genuine rapport and uncover customer needs
n
Recommend appropriate solar and battery solutions
n
Present proposals and confidently communicate value
n
Handle price and competitor objections
n
Ask for the sale and secure the close
n
Follow up consistently and with purpose
n
Maintain an organised and accurate CRM pipeline
n
Work closely with our technical and operations teams
n




Take ownership of your individual sales results
n
Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
n
Who We're Looking For
n
Solar experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential.
n
We can teach you solar and batteries.
n
We want someone who already knows how to sell.
n
You may come from solar, automotive, finance, insurance, telecommunications, property, high‐ticket retail or another target‐driven sales environment.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
Demonstrated success in phone, consultative or high‐ticket sales
n
Excellent objection‐handling ability
n
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
n
Strong follow‐up and pipeline discipline
n
Experience working with a CRM
n
A competitive and results‐driven mindset
n
Personal accountability for your numbers
n
The ability to take coaching and implement feedback quickly
n
The motivation to earn well above a standard salary
n
You should be comfortable working in an environment where performance is measured and expectations are clear.
n
