Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to join the team as Operations Manager at Wattle Hotel in Upper Coomera.
n
This is more than a shift leadership role. You'll work side by side with the Venue Manager, helping lead the venue every day, taking ownership when they're away and building the commercial and leadership capability needed to step into your own venue in the future.

What You'll Do
n
n
Support daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, sports bar and retail
n
Lead shifts with confidence and deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
Lead the venue in the Venue Manager's absence
n
Coach, support and develop team members while maintaining high standards
n
Oversee rostering, stock control, cash management and daily operational routines
n
Maintain compliance, presentation and operational standards across the venue
n

What We're Looking For
n
n




Leadership experience in a pub, hotel or similar multi-outlet hospitality venue
n
The drive to build your hospitality career and take on broader venue responsibility
n
Confidence developing teams across bistro, bar and gaming while building a positive culture
n
Robust knowledge of venue compliance, liquor and gaming regulations
n
Experience with venue administration, cash management and reporting
n
Current RSG, RMLV certificate and Approved Manager licence
n
Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
