Senior Operations Officer - Health WorkforceFunding contingent continuing employment, Part time (0.8FTE) located in LismoreLead the operations behind healthcare training that makes a real difference to regional communitiesBase Salary $117,133 (pro-rata) + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThe University Department of Rural Health Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Officer to oversee the delivery of a agile simulation and clinical training program supporting students, clinicians, and healthcare professionals across the Northern Rivers region.This is a newly redesigned role offering the opportunity to shape how the program operates, strengthen partnerships with key health stakeholders, and drive improvements that enhance training outcomes and health workforce capacity.In this role, you will:lead the operational delivery of simulation-based education and workforce training activitiesbuild strong relationships with healthcare partners, clinicians, and university stakeholdersdevelop systems, processes, and governance frameworks that support sustainable growthcoordinate resources, facilities, schedules, and service delivery activitiessupervise administrative staff and support a network of casual trainerscontribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projectsAbout YouYou are an experienced operations professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and bringing structure to complex environments.You will bring:experience managing operations, programs, or services within a complex organisationstrong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skillsdemonstrated people leadership capabilityexcellent organisational and communication skillsthe ability to balance competing priorities and influence outcomesexperience within healthcare, education, training,
