This hands-on role involves building tray bodies and components in a safe, team-focused environment with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.Please Note: Only applicants with full Australian working rights will be considered for this role.BENEFITSGuaranteed full time hours on Casual pay rates $*****ph+superOpportunity to go permanent with client and grow career.Supportive and long-standing management team.Family friendly team with regular team BBQsHydration Stations and Summer work hour adjustments to beat the heat.Prioritises an organised, safe and professional workshop.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble aluminium and galvanised steel trays and accessories, including custom builds, following job cards, processes,



and time targets.Complete quality checks and paperwork to ensure all trays meet specifications and quality standards.Build tray components ahead of schedule to keep production running smoothly.Cut and prepare aluminium materials accurately to prevent production delays.Keep the workshop clean, organised, and ready for client visits.Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents.Work well with the team, follow instructions, act professionally, and support continuous improvement.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEExperience in aluminium fabrication, tray building, or similar assembly work (preferred).
Experience in the motor vehicle or automotive accessory industry (preferred).
