The Role
Coordinate property marketing campaigns and listingsUpload properties across websites and portalsPrepare brochures, signboards and marketing collateralManage campaign deadlines and follow up approvalsUpload contracts and maintain property recordsProcess marketing invoices and reconciliationsAssist with settlements and general sales administrationMaintain CRM and database accuracy
About You
Previous real estate administrationCurrent Certificate of RegistrationStrong organisation and attention to detailConfident working to deadlines in a busy environmentProactive and able to work autonomouslyCampaignTrack experience highly regardedAgentbox, Real Time Agent, Rita, Podium or Trello experience advantageous
