Stability of over 75 years of Australian experience and expertisePermanent Opportunity'Safety First' Culture I Great Company BenefitsTHE OPPORTUNITYContinued business growth has created an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Metal Fabricator to join the operations team to help manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Day Shift from 6:00am - 2:06pm with overtime optional.Location: Forrestdale, WAAnnual Salary: $76,570 - $80,000 per annum based on relevant skills and qualificationsRESPONSIBILITIESManufacture goods to the customers' requirementsTasks include interpret technical product drawings, MIG fabricating using mild steel and silicone bronze.Read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsOperate plant and mobile equipment, including overhead cranes.Collaborate with team members, other departments and projectsParticipate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipmentMaintain a clean and organised work areaStrict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOUEssential - Fabricating experience of mild steel, galvanized products in both light and heavy gaugesEssential - At least 2 years relevant experience working in a production environmentEssential – AQF Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication)Commitment to producing quality productsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailSound awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and peopleWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy,
