Work at one of the largest and most successful venues in WesternSydneyWorking within a team who has a passion for providing the best customer service experience to our members and guests across 3 venues.Above award ratesWe are looking for a friendly, experienced and well-presented Customer Service Qualified to join our team.About the Role:As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for:Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous mannerSigning in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessmentsScreening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriateAnswering questions about venues and providing all relevant informationOperating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staffProcessing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting paymentsUpdating details in membership systemIssuing Workers' Gift CardsTaking member bookings for the Club courtesy busFacilitate cloak room service; andAny other reasonable duties as requested by Management.Requirements:12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferredExcellent communication,
