The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and driven Dental State Manager to lead our dental operations across New South Wales . Reporting to the Director of Dental , you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, clinical governance, and employee engagement across multiple dental centres. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney head office.

As a key leader within the business, you will support Dental Coordinators, assistants, and Dentists to deliver outstanding patient experiences while achieving strategic and commercial objectives . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate people leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, coach and develop Dental Managers, Coordinators and centre teams
n
Drive operational performance, consistency and continuous improvement across the State
n
Deliver State financial targets including growth, profitability and cost management
n
Monitor and improve key business metrics including chair utilisation, patient numbers, recalls and booking rates
n
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, accreditation and quality standards
n
Implement State strategies aligned to business objectives and growth plans
n
Build strong relationships with Dentists, suppliers and industry stakeholders
n
Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, retention and development
n




Support service excellence initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and retention
n
Partner with internal stakeholders including People & Culture, Finance and Operations teams
n

The Successful Candidate
n
n
Previous experience within the dental industry (mandatory)
n
Proven experience in multi-site business and people leadership
n
Robust financial and commercial acumen
n
Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and business growt h
n
Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skill s
n
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities
n
Strong problem-solving, project management and change management skills
n
Passion for delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences
