including civil procedure and litigation practiceExperience in Family Law matters, such as property settlements, parenting disputes, and related litigationCapability in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate transactions or disputes, including property-related litigationExposure to Labor and Employment Law issues, including workplace disputes and advisory workCurrent admission as a solicitor in NSW and a valid practising certificateDemonstrated experience as a senior litigator, ideally within a mid-sized or boutique firm environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues, mentor junior team members, and manage files with minimal supervisionHigh level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to client service
