Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, Allaro Homes is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join our Cairns construction team.We are looking for someone who knows residential construction, can confidently manage multiple builds and takes ownership of their sites from commencement through to handover.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential builds across Cairns and surrounding areas, including:Managing multiple residential builds from commencement through to Practical CompletionProgramming and coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliersEnsuring projects remain on schedule and identifying potential delays earlyMonitoring workmanship, quality and compliance with plans and specificationsReviewing plans, work orders and construction documentationWorking closely with our Estimating and Drafting teams to resolve issues before they impact constructionManaging subcontractor performance and rectification of defectsMaintaining accurate site records, photos and construction updatesMaintaining strong relationships with clients, trades,



suppliers and our internal teamEnsuring WHS requirements are maintained across all sitesAbout YouTo be considered for this position, you must have:A current QBCC Site Supervisor LicenceA current Construction White CardProven experience supervising residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of residential construction and building methodologyThe ability to read and understand plans, engineering documentation and work ordersExcellent organisational and programming skillsThe ability to confidently manage multiple projects and subcontractorsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions on siteGood computer skills and experience with construction management softwareStrong communication skills and attention to detailA current driver's licenceWhat We OfferWe offer a very attractive salary package based on experience and the opportunity to join an established Cairns builder experiencing continued growth.This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in running organised sites, maintaining high standards and delivering quality homes.
