We provide specialist knowledge, advice, and legal services tailored to the finance industry.Summer Lawyers has a energetic and social culture, our people enjoy regular social events, team lunches, monthly massages.THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Sydney CBD office on a permanent, full-time basis.As part of the Summer Lawyers administrative team, you will be responsible for:Greeting clients and acting as the first point of contact by phone and at receptionMaintaining the presentation and day-to-day operation of the office, including the kitchen and meeting roomsMaintaining office supplies and managing inventory to ensure adequate resources are availableCreating and maintaining files in our practice management system, LEAPProviding administrative support to the team, including arranging travel, coordinating meetings, printing and collating documents, and data entryCoordinating incoming and outgoing couriers and other postal requirementsAssisting with ad hoc operational requests, including the preparation of staff events and catering arrangementsUndertaking other reasonable duties as requestedABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented,
with strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.You will be comfortable managing a variety of tasks and competing priorities in a busy office environment, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
You will also have the ability to work independently and take initiative, while contributing effectively as part of a team.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in an office administration or administrative support role; experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essentialHighly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detailStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and take initiative, while contributing effectively as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using LEAP or another practice management system is desirableBENEFITS & PERKSIn recognition of your hard work, you will receive a generous salary and support from your appreciative team.
