superannuation and insurance implementations from start to completionLiaise with clients, advisers and product providers to ensure timely outcomesMaintain accurate client records within Compass (Xplan)Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptlyComplete administration tasks within required timeframesFollow up outstanding applications and provider requestsSupport Advisers, Paraplanners and the broader Financial Planning teamContribute to process improvements while maintaining compliance and accuracyAbout YouYou'll ideally have experience in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services support role.
