The role combines field and workshop work across reactive breakdowns, planned maintenance, equipment preparation and installations.
Travel is mainly across Sydney, with occasional regional trips.DutiesDiagnose, service and repair commercial and industrial equipmentComplete planned maintenance and respond to breakdownsAssemble, prepare and test new equipment before deliveryComplete digital work orders,



quotes and service documentationTrain operators and support equipment installationsSkills and experienceExperience in field service, workshop mechanics or a hands‐on technical roleStrong mechanical aptitude and practical fault‐finding abilityClear communication and a professional customer‐focused approachReliable team player who takes ownership and follows work throughCurrent driver's licence and flexibility for occasional regional travelExperience with cleaning equipment, forklifts, small appliances or similar machinery will be highly regarded.
